Job Description
365 Care Group Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team in Gulberg 3, Lahore. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 40,00 to 50,00 for full-time positions, with shifts available from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m., across a five-day work week.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing daily Control Room Operations, assisting employees with troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper management of the Roster Management System while addressing priority issues.
Strong English communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and candidates should have 0-1 year of relevant experience. Comprehensive training will be provided.
