Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer to join our team in Karachi. This is an intermediate-level position with a rotational shift schedule (morning, evening, night). The ideal candidate will possess intermediate knowledge of networks and operating systems, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Daily responsibilities include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting network issues, and conducting site visits as necessary. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with GPON infrastructure and understanding of IP protocols, Ethernet, DNS, and DHCP are essential.
