Job Description
Salah Travels is on the lookout for a motivated and confident Travel Consultant who possesses excellent communication and sales abilities. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, ready to assist international clients, and flexible to work night shifts. We encourage fresh graduates to apply; however, prior experience in sales or customer support is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements for Hajj & Umrah packages.
- Engage professionally with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email communications.
- Convert leads into successful sales by maintaining effective follow-ups and nurturing client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English.
- Preferred experience in sales or customer service (minimum of 3 months).
