Job Description
ASK Development Limited is excited to announce an opening for Banking Helpline Agents at a renowned telecom company. As a Helpline Agent, your primary duties will include efficiently answering customer calls with a friendly attitude, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and overseeing customer accounts.
Salary: Rs 37,00 – Rs 55,00 per month, contingent on performance.
Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, six months of experience in the banking sector (Customer Service Role), and familiarity with Easypaisa/Jazz Cash campaigns is preferred.
Location: Lahore (in-person).
