Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecom company, is seeking motivated and professional Banking Helpline Agents to enhance our customer service team. As a key member, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer calls with professionalism.
- Accurately addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Efficiently processing customer orders and payments.
- Updating customer account information as necessary.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience in the banking sector.
- Familiarity with Easypaisa or Jazz Cash campaigns is preferred.
