Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers via phone, email, or chat. This role involves taking orders, addressing customer issues, and delivering outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills with a strong desire to assist others.
- A minimum of O Level/A Level or Intermediate qualification.
- Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service or international sales is advantageous.
