Job Description
c2o is looking for an experienced Taxi Booking Operator proficient in Cordic Software to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will efficiently handle incoming calls from UK customers regarding taxi bookings and modifications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing airport bookings effectively.
- Accepting payments via phone securely.
- Escalating customer complaints to the appropriate departments.
- Resolving driver queries and grievances promptly.
To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent listening skills and a clear British accent to provide outstanding customer service. Prior experience in an inbound call center is preferred.

Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
