Mindzeye Inc. is seeking a dedicated Calling Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients
- Respond to inbound inquiries
- Promote products and services
- Maintain accurate logs of interactions
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of calling experience, excellent communication skills, proven sales closing ability, and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
