Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is currently looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Calling Agent to join our team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, delivering product information, and supporting our sales and collections efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls for sales and follow-ups.
- Address inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve call performance targets.
Requirements: A high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred), experience in telecalling is advantageous, and strong communication skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person
