Job Description
Sky Light Travels UK LTD is a dynamic, full-time, office-based company situated in the UK. We are currently inviting applications for the role of Reservation Sales Agent to enhance our inbound campaign team. We strongly encourage female candidates to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book and issue international flights seamlessly.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Manage flight bookings, cancellations, and changes effectively.
- Upsell hotel accommodations alongside flight bookings.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
- Proven competency in fare calculation.
Location: Jhang, required. Compensation: Rs30,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month. This is a full-time contract position for 12 months.
