Job Description
Vantage Technologies is currently seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Support Representative to manage both inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, exhibit a clear British accent, and possess outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally and accurately handle customer calls.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Timely and accurately document all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree, 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills are required.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (PKT)
Salary: Up to Rs65,00.00/month
