Job Description
Arthur Lawrence, a leading IT staffing company based in the US and located in Karachi, is actively seeking Customer Support Representatives for its American recruitment sector.
Who Should Apply?
- Candidates with a solid background in customer support, experienced in handling American and international clients.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, whether in-person, over the phone, or via email.
- Availability to work US hours (6 PM to 3 AM PKT) with complimentary pick-up and drop-off services.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working in US or Canadian voice campaigns.
- Fluency in English with a recognizable US accent.
Location: P.E.C.H.S. Block-6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
Compensation: Base Salary PKR 65,00 plus incentives and benefits.
