Job Description
BFL Consultants Pvt Limited is looking for a committed Front Desk Manager to lead our reception team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising front desk operations, warmly greeting clients, managing communications, maintaining client records, and training staff to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
Qualified candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, have proven experience in front office management, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is essential. We seek an individual with leadership capabilities who can thrive in a high-pressure environment.
This is a full-time role with a salary range of Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month, based in-person at our office.
