Job Description
Are you an accomplished leader with a track record in managing high-performance call centers? Theevioo Pvt. Ltd. invites you to apply for the position of Final Expense Operations Manager for our USA-based Telesales Campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our Final Expense Telesales team.
- Monitor performance metrics and achieve sales targets.
- Train and mentor the sales team to optimize performance.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and conduct performance reviews.
- Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in Operations Management, preferably in the Final Expense sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
- Availability to work night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM).
Compensation: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
