Job Description
Gourmet Foods is seeking a dedicated Stretch Machine Assistant Operator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will assist in loading and unloading products onto mixers or extruders while continuously monitoring machine performance. You will be responsible for making necessary adjustments to speed and heat settings and maintaining an adequate supply of stretch and other materials, alerting a supervisor for replenishment when needed. Additionally, you will perform essential machine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating, to ensure optimal performance.
