Job Description

Gourmet Foods is looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to manage our RPET production lines. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring process parameters, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing staffing requirements, conducting in-process inspections, and maintaining detailed reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a DAE or B. Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering, coupled with 5 to 6 years of experience in PET recycling or polymer production. We seek a proactive individual who is committed to advancing continuous improvement and promoting a safe work environment.
