Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee all financial functions within our Home Health Care operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective cash flow management.
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow oversight
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve financial processes
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial software required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; relevant experience preferred
