Job Description
Weldon Paints Pvt. Limited is seeking a full-time, in-person Factory Supervisor for its Bund Road, Lahore plant. Salary: Rs30,00–35,00/month.
- Manage raw material intake, storage safety, and dispatch.
- Plan production to meet demand and oversee purchasing, ordering, and forecasting.
- Administer labor relations, including payroll and advances.
- Supervise maintenance, development of new machinery, loading/unloading, and filling of finished goods.
- Handle scrap segregation and sales, and maintain supply chain documentation.
- Coordinate lab testing approvals and communication among laboratory, accounts, and stores.
