Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Upwork Bidder to identify relevant projects, craft persuasive proposals, and support client acquisition efforts. The role involves searching and prioritizing Upwork leads, tailoring timely proposals, and maintaining professional client communication.

Key duties: coordinate with internal teams for accurate estimates, track bids and follow-ups in spreadsheets or CRM, report bidding performance, and continuously improve strategies based on feedback.

Requirements: strong written and verbal English; familiarity with freelancing platforms; attention to detail; basic spreadsheet skills; proactive attitude. 0–1 year experience acceptable; internships or training in sales, marketing, or freelancing are a plus.
