Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and deliver on safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets. You will oversee production planning, supervise and develop teams, optimize processes, manage budgets, and coordinate maintenance and inventory. Core responsibilities include schedule development, enforcing quality and regulatory standards, implementing continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), and training staff.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in production or manufacturing leadership
- Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and proficiency with production planning tools
