Job Description
Lead People Operations to define and execute HR strategy, oversee talent lifecycle, performance management, compensation, policy, compliance, HRIS, and employee engagement. Partner with leaders to design organizational structure, drive change initiatives, advance DEI, and implement scalable processes that support growth and a high-performance culture.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years managing teams.
- Proven expertise in HR systems, employment law, analytics, and project management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required; master’s preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
