Job Description
Far 360 Consultancy seeks an experienced Food Cost Controller to monitor and control hotel food & beverage costs and maximize profitability. This full-time, in-person role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical and operational skills.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Hotel Management; 4–6 years in hospitality cost control (experience in 4–5 star hotels preferred).
- Core competencies: F&B cost management, inventory control, procurement oversight, and variance analysis.
- Duties: prepare daily/weekly/monthly cost and variance reports; supervise F&B and operational costs against budgets; conduct stock audits; coordinate with Accounts and Purchasing to minimize waste and pilferage; review receiving reports and transfers.
Compensation: Rs90,00–Rs115,00/month.
