Job Description

ConnectX seeks a Home Health RCM Specialist to manage the end-to-end revenue cycle for home health agencies, with emphasis on Medicare/Medicaid billing, PDGM, OASIS, HIPPS coding, and UB-04 institutional claims. This full-time, in-person role requires accurate claim preparation and timely submission, NOA creation and filing, eligibility and authorization verification, denial and rejection resolution, and payment reconciliation while ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Prepare and submit UB-04 claims; create and file NOAs
• Verify patient eligibility and authorizations; resolve denials/rejections
• Communicate with payers and clinicians; reconcile payments
• Maintain Medicare/Medicaid compliance

Qualifications: 1+ year in Home Health RCM or medical billing; strong PDGM, OASIS, HIPPS, NOA, and UB-04 knowledge; excellent communication, follow-up, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
