Job Description
We seek a professional Study Abroad Counselor to advise students on international study options, admissions, and application processes. The role requires proactive student engagement and coordination with the admissions team to ensure timely registrations and conversions.
- Provide guidance on country selection, programs, admission requirements, and documentation.
- Manage inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins; follow up to secure registrations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of universities, programs, and policies; meet monthly registration/conversion targets.
- Coordinate with admissions for a smooth workflow; perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree minimum; 1+ year in counseling or sales (exceptional fresh graduates considered); strong communication, counseling, and negotiation skills; professional, target-oriented.
