Job Description
Bukhari HR Consultancy’s client in Islamabad seeks a full-time Outbound Sales Agent for an on-site role at Soan Garden, shift 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. The position focuses on high-volume cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn support, and booking appointments with US/Canada prospects. Daily responsibilities include outbound calls, follow-up emails, lead qualification using scripts, scheduling meetings, updating CRM, and achieving weekly KPIs.
Requirements: excellent English, prior BPO experience with US/Canadian campaigns, confidence in cold calling and handling objections, familiarity with dialers and CRMs, reliability, and a results-driven mindset. Salary: Rs40,00–50,00 per month. In-person attendance is mandatory.
