Job Description
Tech Bridge Consultancy invites applications for an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative on a US-based janitorial services campaign in Gulberg, Lahore. This is a full-time, onsite position (Mon–Fri) on the night shift, 7:00 PM–4:00 AM. Compensation up to PKR 40,00 plus commission.
- Responsibilities: phone, email and chat support; B2B and cold calling; lead generation; appointment scheduling; record keeping and follow-up.
- Requirements: strong verbal and written English; customer-first attitude; problem-solving; availability for night shifts; teamwork, negotiation and organizational skills.
Job type: Full-time. Suitable for freshers.
