Job Description
Vire HR Solutions seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Support Representative (Chat) in Gajjumatta, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Manage live chat and messaging platforms; respond promptly and courteously.
- Provide accurate product and service information and log interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Ensure consistent, customer-focused support and timely resolution.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, excellent written communication, fast typing and basic computer skills, strong problem-solving orientation, and prior chat or customer support experience (mandatory).
