Job Description
Cloud Data Pvt Ltd is seeking a reliable, target-driven Field Recovery Officer to recover outstanding debts. This full-time, on-the-road position requires fluency in spoken and written Punjabi Saraiki, strong communication skills, persistence, and a clear sense of urgency.
- Track assigned accounts and locate/contact debtors.
- Negotiate settlements or payment plans; address questions and complaints.
- Investigate discrepancies; update account status and databases.
- Build trust to prevent future issues and escalate when debtors cannot pay.
Requirements: proven debt collection experience, ability to meet targets and tight deadlines, and knowledge of applicable legal requirements. Compensation: Rs37,00/month.
