Job Description
CHOICE INTERNATIONAL seeks an experienced Area Sales Manager based in Karachi. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or MBA and possess 4–5 years of proven sales experience (FMCG preferred). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong Karachi market connections, excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Build and maintain distributor and client relationships
- Monitor performance and prepare reports for senior management
Full-time, in-person position. Competitive salary Rs150,00–Rs200,00/month with opportunities for growth and a supportive work environment.
