Job Description
Appcrates is seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound B2B communications, resolve client inquiries, and cultivate strong corporate relationships. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues, maintain accurate interaction records, provide product and order support, and identify solutions that meet client needs while adhering to service-level standards.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–2 years of B2B CSR experience ideal
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
- Customer-focused problem solving and basic MS Office/CRM familiarity
- Full-time, in-person position based at our office
