Job Description
We seek a professional Customer Support Representative to deliver courteous, timely assistance via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical and account issues, document interactions accurately, and contribute to continuous service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, empathy, and patience
