Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for engineering roles. You will source, screen, and select top technical talent, partner closely with hiring managers, craft compelling job postings, conduct structured interviews, and maintain accurate ATS records. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, strong written and verbal communication, familiarity with engineering roles, and proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and GitHub. The role requires a proactive, organized approach and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Remote and hybrid arrangements available.
