Job Description

We are seeking a Benefits Specialist to oversee employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and leave administration. This position is responsible for managing enrollments, maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring policy compliance, supporting claims resolution, and delivering clear benefits communications.

• Responsibilities: process enrollments, coordinate with vendors, monitor regulatory and policy compliance, assist employees with claims, and create benefits materials.
• Qualifications: minimum 2 years of HR or benefits experience, strong written and verbal communication, keen attention to detail, and familiarity with benefits administration platforms.

The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and committed to accurate recordkeeping and timely employee support.
