Job Description
ASK Development Limited is hiring a full-time, in-person Helpline Agent to support a reputable telecommunications company in Islamabad. The position involves on-road assignments and delivering professional customer service.
- Respond to incoming customer calls courteously
- Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Maintain and update customer account records
Salary: Rs37,00–60,00/month plus performance-based incentives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and prior CSR experience.
