Job Description
Habitt is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Assistant Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, drive monthly sales, lead and coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. The role includes managing escalations, inventory and merchandising, performing stock checks, preparing daily sales reports, and supporting audits.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business/Retail); 3–4 years retail experience with supervisory responsibility.
- Skills: strong leadership, clear communication, customer-service focus, and analytical problem-solving.
