Job Description
We seek a qualified MHPSS Officer to design, implement, and monitor mental health and psychosocial support programs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing case management and individual or group interventions, training community staff, coordinating referrals with health and protection partners, and ensuring program quality and timely reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in humanitarian or community MHPSS programs.
- Trauma-informed approach, counseling skills, and strong communication and coordination abilities.
