Appcrates is seeking a skilled HR Executive (Construction) to implement and manage HR policies and processes. The role oversees end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviewing, background checks), maintains employee records and HR databases, administers benefits and compensation, conducts performance evaluations, manages employee relations and separations, ensures compliance with labor laws, and prepares HR reports for management.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Competencies: Knowledge of HR legislation, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Type: Full-time, in-person position.
