Job Description
We seek an experienced Lead for Health Systems Planning to design and implement strategic, scalable health programs. You will manage cross-functional teams, conduct needs assessments, develop system-wide plans, coordinate stakeholders, oversee budgets, and drive compliance and quality improvement. Key deliverables include M&E frameworks, implementation roadmaps, and technical guidance for health information systems.
- Qualifications: Master’s in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in health systems planning with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities; experience with health information systems preferred.
- Proven record of stakeholder engagement and program delivery required.
