Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented General Accounting Associate to support daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of accounting experience, familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or ERP systems), strong Excel skills, and a working knowledge of GAAP.
- Process invoices and payments; prepare and post journal entries.
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
- Support audits and maintain accurate financial records.
- Exhibit strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
