Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating payroll and benefits administration, supporting training and development, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR; familiarity with local labor laws and HRIS
- Attributes: strong communication, organization, discretion, and professionalism
The successful candidate will handle sensitive matters with integrity and help shape people strategies to enhance the employee experience.
