Job Description
We are seeking a disciplined Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Scrum practices, track sprint progress, and identify and resolve blockers.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities and support a collaborative, results-driven culture.
- Leverage tools such as Jira to monitor workflow and metrics.
Qualifications: 3+ years in Agile/Scrum environments or relevant certifications (CSM/PSM), strong communication skills, a servant-leader mindset, and practical experience with Agile tooling.
