We are seeking a Customer Chat Support Specialist to deliver courteous, timely assistance via live chat and messaging. The role involves handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when appropriate.
- Responsibilities: Manage multiple simultaneous chats, resolve customer problems, document interactions in the CRM, and meet response-time and satisfaction targets.
- Qualifications: Excellent written English, high typing accuracy, minimum 1 year of customer support or chat experience, familiarity with CRM tools, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
