Job Description
PEOPLE PVT LTD is seeking a Brand Manager to develop annual brand plans and lead 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital). You will manage agency relationships, timelines, budgets, and campaign performance; analyze brand health, market share, and competitor activity; and collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Design to support new product launches, packaging, and sales enablement. Produce brand content for web, social, catalogs, and presentations.
- Qualifications: BBA/MBA in Marketing.
- Experience: 6–8 years in brand planning (FMCG, building materials, paints, or durable goods preferred); demonstrated agency and budget management.
- Position: Full-time, in-person (Islamabad).
