Job Description

Experience Required: Minimum 15 years total housekeeping experience with Minimum 4–5 years as Executive Housekeeper

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred)

• Key Responsibilities / Executive Housekeeping JDs:
• Oversee and manage complete housekeeping operations
• Ensure highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
• Develop, implement, and monitor housekeeping SOPs
• Supervise, train, and lead housekeeping staf
• Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and manpower planning
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle guest/client complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Manage housekeeping budgets and cost control
• Monitor linen, inventory, chemicals, and consumables
• Coordinate with vendors and other departments
• Ensure staff grooming, discipline, and professional conduct

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations
• Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure

Pay: Rs170,00.00 – Rs210,00.00 per month
