Job Description
Creative HR Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. seeks an Import Customer Care Specialist to manage the Customer Care Desk for import operations. Full-time, in-person role; salary Rs45,00–Rs50,00/month. You will be the primary customer contact, respond to inquiries, coordinate with Operations, Documentation, Customs and Logistics, monitor shipments, maintain interaction records, support document verification, and recommend process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Business/B.Com/BA) with customer service experience. Required skills: strong communication, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, MS Office and shipment tracking proficiency, and professional customer handling.
