Job Description
The Skin Xperts is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, validate orders, and drive sales through WhatsApp. The successful applicant will possess exceptional communication abilities, have an intermediate or graduate-level education, and fluently speak Urdu, with a good command of English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally address customer inquiries.
- Swiftly resolve customer issues.
- Verify orders and keep customers informed.
- Drive sales and promote products effectively.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate/Graduate education preferred.
- Fluent in Urdu; English at a mid-level proficiency.
