Job Description
Lightheart Insurance Agency is seeking a dedicated Remote HR Assistant to help coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates interested in selling Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance. As an integral part of our team, you will manage applicant communications through our Google Voice number, ensuring prompt responses and arranging interviews via phone or Zoom.
Your role will also involve providing candidates with comprehensive information about the position and supporting client retention efforts.
Compensation: Starting at $15 USD per day.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of Call Center experience and strong proficiency in English are required.
