Job Description

Raaziq International PVT LTD is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Relationship Officer to enhance our team. In this vital role within our customer service department, you will be instrumental in cultivating strong client relationships through effective communication and adept problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular calls and meetings.
• Provide timely updates on shipment status and keep comprehensive records of client interactions.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or Supply Chain is required.
