Job Description
Q Real Estate is experiencing exciting growth and is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Pine Avenue, Lahore. In this key role, you will oversee the contractual and financial elements of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while upholding the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities: You will prepare cost estimates, conduct cost analyses, provide procurement strategy advice, track design changes, negotiate contracts, and perform site visits to monitor work progress.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 5 years of experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in quantity surveying software.
