Job Description
Link HR Consultants is actively seeking a qualified and compassionate nurse to provide essential home nursing services to a patient. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities to deliver round-the-clock care in a comfortable home environment, ensuring that the patient receives both medical and personal support with the utmost dignity and professionalism.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering daily nursing care and companionship
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs
- Administering prescribed medications
- Assisting with personal hygiene and mobility
- Providing feeding assistance and maintaining a safe, clean environment
- Communicating effectively with family members about patient care
- Documenting all care provided
Requirements: Certified Nursing Diploma, 1–2 years of experience, and the ability to work independently and reliably.
